history this Saturday. They are 5 wins all-time behind Auburn for 13th winningest team. They lead SCAR 72-42-4. Fun fact: South Carolina won their 42nd (and most recent) rivalry game in 2013. Clemson won their 42nd game in the rivalry in 1976.

One more decade of 10 win seasons, and there will be a generation of people in America, who have only known Clemson with high-level relevance in the college football picture.

The trick to 15 win, national championship seasons, seems to be having NFL level quarterbacks and defensive lines that cannot be pushed off the ball, so that teams cannot run us the clock out on us or run the ball down our throats in general.

In 2008, Dabo Swinney came on board and got everyone involved to make us relevant again. As the college football landscape changes, it will be nice to keep up the pace with another decade like the past one.
