Clemson 'we,' have won more games over the last 5 yrs...

than anyone in the nation, five straight playoffs, two national titles in the last three years. Someone tell me how the failures of other ACC teams besmirches who we are.

This 'conference pride,' trash is ESPiN trying to strengthen its brand which will always be the SEC. Unless you wear the emblems of the likes of Duke, FSU, Miami or VT don't let this distract from the fact that WE ARE CLEMSON.

If watching other ACC teams lose bothers you, it's because ESPiN's PR work for the SEC is working. That's your fault, not theirs.

But I can say the other teams in the conference suck, which they do. Does not take away from Clemson, on the verge of winning three Nattys in four years.

***The only exception about the conference ra-ra-talk is: when it comes to trying to come up with a legitimate sounding reason to exclude Clemson from the CFP. B/C strength of schedule matters - not having a strong head start teams from other conferences hurt. Miami and FSU can win two games(against anybody) and the national media will do them the same way they do Michigan, Notre Dame, Southern Cal,etc. Until those two get their act together what you are saying is so true. You had better not let it bother you; because AD's from most ACC schools only care about basketball. Football is just the game they play and surround homecoming around, LOL!

I expect GT and one of the yankee teams to put it together better too. In the meantime we're on an historic winning streak so when it comes down to making selections for seeding the POC will fall back on the fact that conference winning means something and they original oath to select the four best teams is the very foundation of this entire playoff.

Had Okie and Organ both been undefeated conf champs I have no doubt one of them would have been excluded this year.

I'm more worried about all the knives and forks in the world falling on my head than getting left out of the playoff.
