Can't be a fan if you didn't go to Clemson? Guess I should ask for a refund on the thousands of dollars I've spent going to EVERY game the past 9 years.

He used to be more extreme but he's toned it down some recently.
And he differs from those others in that he has a job and can afford to actually attend game even if he lives in Orlando

Sports center just talked about him, in a positive manner. He rents out venues every bowl game for fans to attend a tiger gathering. At the FSU game in Tallahassee, he skipped tailgating to get in a dunk tank to help raise money for Jimbo's son. From what I can tell he's been a season ticket holder for a few years.
I've met the man in person and he's a genuinely good person. Ive never understood why some posters get tore up about him. He's not like the unintelligent fans on Finebaum's show. From what I've seen, he's done more for the Tiger fans, than most fans have ever done. I've embraced him as an ambassador for the fanbase. He hasn't done anything to prove he belongs in the group of the gamecock will, Updyke's, etc. if anything, he's proved multiple times he's not in their category.

I have seen Clemson Tom at many Clemson games, which is more than I can say for most on this board. The guy is a true Clemson fan.
