My girlfriend just got an MIP last night after holding a beverage in TDs. She didn't have a fake ID and they didn't make her do a breathalyzer so they cannot prove she ingested the alcohol. Do yall have any tips on how to beat this charge or not have to go through AEP which will end up costing almost $1000? Thanks.

First, you'll need to gauge just how promiscuous and sexually expressive she is. Then, she'll need to request a 'meeting' with the judge.
