Do people near you get up and leave, or return to their seats while plays are going on?

This happens every game on our row. If so, what do you do about it?

and 2 minutes later left to go grab some food....think if they had a brain they would have grabbed the food then come into their seat....but nope.

Guy who used to sit adjacent to us for years would get up
