Since it started in 1976. The only charter member Acc school to have made it every single year.
(Per WCCP this Morning)
What am embarrassment it would be to miss it for the first time this year.

Clemson has never been satisfied with being average in Baseball. There is no indication that has changed.
Clemson has been terrible in basketball for most of forever. We are now average which has been an improvement. Hopefully the increased investment will pay dividends.

Yes, coupled with our 57 year first ever losing season and the next year you break THAT record... Fill in the blanks. Neff would have zero chance. Don't think a letter would cut it.
That said, I've looked at everyone's upcoming schedule and unless Duke catches fire and UNC plays lights out, we're in. Both of them have tough gigs. We'll sweep BC. We'll win the ga tech series. That alone should get us in... We could even get swept by uva imo. Still, low bar and still would need a pod win to get into a regional.

series. I was very confident we would win the Pitt series, too. But, that started the tailspin out of control. Hoping the UL series sweep doesn't have the same effect. Inconsistent pitching and the number of error this past weekend was ridiculous.

Why do you think this team is going to sweep everyone? You always say that and it never happens. Why would you think this team could sweep any ACC team?

6-14 teams don’t sweep anybody. Most likely scenarios is we finish the season 4-5 in ACC and miss the tournament

If we make the ACC tournament, that will be enough for Monte and See to keep their jobs. Powers that Be don’t have the appetite to fire anyone unless there’s no other option. Look how well the Leggett situation went….
