Cincy time management not ready for prime time

On 1st and 2nd down they snapped ball with 10 seconds left then they should have run it on 3rd down. When you do the bath that adds up to 60 seconds that should have been taken off the clock and game over.

I just don’t understand how this is such an issue with so many coaches, college and pro. You see it every week. To me this would be the most simple part about game management. Crazy.
