Guess they forgot about a coot player on 12/10/2013 doing 110 MPH. No he didn't have wreck and hurt anyone but their judgement of Davis is harsh and I've not heard a word about their 1st pick in the nfl draft... Wonder if he played in the bowl game?
Perhaps they are pissed Davis went 5 MPH faster?
Coots suck.

What did you think, they’ve been pi$$ed off for 7 years. Now there is a rumor of FSU and Clemson entering the SEC. That will push them down another couple of rungs on the ladder. It won’t take much to get them teed off right now. Just wait til they have 8 or 9 losses entering the last week of the season!!!!!

While I hate Gamecocks, I don't think their treatment of Davis is too harsh. In almost all other states, he would have committed a felony and in the process almost killed an innocent woman. This is beyond football. I had really high hopes for Fred Davis out of high school, but I think the posters here who either think Clemson players can do no wrong or just try to say "Eh, kids will be kids" are absolutely despicable human beings and I hate that I share my alma mater with them.

Clemson fans, on average, are gonna try to downplay the severity of Davis' actions.
Coot fans, on average, are gonna try to make Davis look as evil as possible.
This would be the case in literally any example of this, with any team that has a rival. I say, it doesn't matter what any of us or the coots think, because the insurance companies and courts will handle the legal and financial side, and Dabo will handle the football side. So move on with your lives until we hear from Dabo.

And Davis is still on the team, so there is natural interest in the story. It doesn't seem that complicated.
