Chase Young's lawyer

Chase Young now has a lawyer, Tim Nevius, that specializes in NCAA issues. Since this is his specialty, I doubt his representation is pro bono. Where did the money come from, especially since he is strapped for cash? If it came from an OSU booster, wouldn't this be another violation?
