I'd say right now, we are more WR U than any other position due to our offense.
If Chad Kelly and eventually Watson pan out to be as good as people think, we may develop into QB U.
I think "QB U" is the hardest to achieve because it's generally 1 guy you depend on for at least 2 years. Other positions, you've got 2 to 3 guys you depend on.

But honestly, right now, I don't think we are widely recognized as any of the choices you listed.
Maybe in a couple of years, we'll be one or the other, but if we're not also WINNER U, it won't matter a whole lot.

it would have to be something on offense, because we are not known for our defense lately. the orange bowl hurt perception, but it is slowly getting better. we are now known as a no huddle fast pace, offense school, similar to Oregon. qbs and receivers school if I had to pick.

Currently we are split between B and C.
Where we should be is "E. All of the above" with an emphasis on Runningback U. If you have a very strong, agile, and quick thinking RB like Eddie Lacey Lacey at Alabama last year that runs THROUGH defenders instead of AROUND them, you win. Alabama is 41-0 when they rush for 150 yards or more. And they have running backs that step on the field with the mentality that instead of making a big play play for tons of yards, they run to keep the drive alive, meaning run to get first downs. Baby steps, one step at a time.
Likewise, if your running back has the mindset that instead of avoiding defenders he's going to run runhead first into them, then you eventually overwhelm the defense and wear them down.
Run the ball, wear them down, control the clock, win.
