This has been expressed many time over the years. Now, it has been exposed. Next, it needs to be expunged. Will it happen through human agencies? I don't think so. The corruption is too big and runs too deep.

Only if there is a state income tax. Definitely federal

Income is income.

Maybe there will be situations where the money is donated directly to a charity in the name of the player. Regardless, federal and state tax laws will apply to NIL.

Do yourself a favor and find a d2 or d3 team to watch. Some good football, tickets are $20 max, the games don't last 4 hours, and the kids are invested in each other and their program more so than the payday.
