If I were you, here is how my day would go

8:30am - espresso and liter of water
9:00am - shidd your brains out
9:30am - take a nap until 11am
11am - bar opens, shot and a beer, repeat several times
2pm - go home and take a nap
4pm - go to liquor store, grab a pint of Jameson, drink said pint
6pm - go to dinner
9:58pm - have sex
10pm - drink a liter of water
11pm - bed time
