I would imagine it takes acute focus to play when that place is sold out. There's a LOT of background distraction, with the teams compressed between the stands and the sideline...and the fans practically up to the field of play. Those folks were riled up early on and the noise was impressive.

the noise did effect Clemson for being a little sloppy at times especially in the first half.
