Can DC fans see Tigers at White House?

Is any of the White House visit open to fans? We live in the greater DC area and would love to go see the Tigers but I haven't heard/seen any info for fans.

If they gave us more time in advance I could have got us all the background checks etc. they really rushed this one

Not likely. This is not a public event, and I'm sure the athletic department has submitted an official list. In 2017, the team went to the Capitol for a photo op with members of Congress on the steps. That would probably be the only time you could see them.

The 2017 White House visit had fans there

They did a ceremony on the South Lawn. I was fortunate enough to be there!

There were probably 300 or so fans in attendance, and you had to know someone to get you on the list and get your background check done for admittance to the grounds, but it was "open to the public" in a way.
