Cam Newton is in Charlotte right now meeting with the Carolina Panthers. Sources say they plan to sign him and have him play Sunday. The Franchise and Front Office really having to swallow its pride.

I mean the Panthers have a defense that when healthy can play lights out. The special teams has played really well the last few weeks. The offense sucks something terrible. They should be desperate right now to get someone that can play the position, and honestly if not Cam who are you going to go get?

and even when he is healthy, he just not that good anymore. A serviceable back-up maybe but not a starter IMO.
He also looks like a tourist who when on vacation, the airline lost all of his luggage, and he bought all of his new clothes at a gift shop.

I'll say again, who else were they going to go get? They have way too much talent on this team to just say screw it and punt on the season. Sure they need a whole lot of help on the O line but everywhere else they could be a contender. Maybe not for the Super bowl but for a deep run.

How can anyone like Scam Newton? He wears dresses and acts like a transvestite. He was too important to jump on his own fumble in The Super Bowl. He couldn't win in New England.
