He's a great player, always has a big smile on his face, and he gives away TD balls to the kids for god's sake. What's not to love?

Not to mention he embarrassed the coots in their one and only SEC title game appearance.

He's arrogant and he pouts. He can't make throws that have yo be made on this level. I have said all year that the Panthers have won in spite of Cam Newton. Thier defense is the only reason they are playing today.

He just has fun. All NFL players showboat.

I never see him "pout" as you call it and I think you need to check the record books before you say he's not a good NFL QB.

came in "garbage" time in his first two seasons when the games were way out if hand as evidenced by the losing record he had for his first two years. Give me a QB that wins. Don't give me stats. I'd take a Russell Wilson over a Cam Newton any day of the week.

Can is all about himself and he isn't exactly the role model that some think. This is a guy that got thrown out of Florida for stealing. His dad, who is a pastor, then offered him up for $250k to the highest bidder. The whole family smells a little. I stand by what I said, the Panthers won this year in spite of Cam Newton. I hope I am wrong about his abilities, as I love the Panthers, but he has done nothing to impress me as an NFL QB.

He attempts to look like a leader, but when the going gets tough he puts a towel over his head and starts shoving people in front of the bus. Also, word is that after his Pro Bowl disaster, a large number of NFL players hate him. So, if his peers hate him, I don't think it's unreasonable to hate him.
