Yeppers, I believe that everybody on our side lines felt that was a fake field goal. I thought it was going to be a fake field goal bc of what Saban had done with the on side kick to turn the momentum back to his guys in the 2015 NC game, and it did for a little while. And then DW4 played his butt of to get us back into that game. There were 2 years there that Clemson and Bama were on the same level, and they were without a doubt the two best teams in college FB. But then Trevor, and the 2018 Clemson Team was hands down the best team in college FB by a lot, IMHO!!!!

Saban is a top cheater and recruiter, but he’s clearly not a great coach. It was obvious that we were prepared for that fake and he tried it anyway and that was a true turning point in the game. Only an idiot would have run that play. Look at the defense

2015, 45-40... they couldn't beat us straight up. That pooch-kickoff that lands perfectly for the guy to catch it... that's a 1-in-a-100 play, I don't care how many times you practice it. That was a desperation play, too.
