Best game by DJ for sure, which isn't saying much. He's been historically bad all year and was just mediocre tonight. I don't think it was the best offensive performance really. The running game was horrible because the offensive line was dominated, and Louisville has a horrendous defense.

Agree, one wasn’t just the defense saving our awful offense again, it took some points on the board to get Louisville and we got it done. We played together better in this one by far than any previous game.

Tonight was definitely a step in the right direction for the offense.
Crazy and stressful but fun to see the offense punch it in to go on top to give the defense some time to breathe. (Now if we can just work on that "end of the game" playcalling to save our blood pressure from rising each week.)
DJ - best looking performance for sure. Tonight he looked like he was working through progressions and didn't stay flat footed for most of what I could see. It wasn't a perfect performance but I have a little more confidence after this week that he's getting the hold on the QB job more and more.
Nice to see TP7 get some snaps too. The first time I actually felt like DJ5 looked more comfortable than TP7 running the offense so maybe the light is showing at the end of the tunnel for DJ.
