if it continues (which I see no end in sight) we are going to have quite a mess on our hands with the lower level lots. According to a buddy who teaches over there those parking areas cannot hold anymore water...

Has anyone heard of any contingency plans if the lower fields (around moat) are too wet for all of the traffic?
