where accounts from multiple witnessees stated a balloon(not orange but black balloons, no surprise there)had carried away a small child, dog, or cat. Far, far too dangerous, actually I'm a little shocked by the suggestion! So (Smh)Inconsiderate..I'm truly taken back by this sickening display.

Mine too but that time has passed., no need for the litter…and although clem is nowhere near the coast where I live …..I have plucked many balloons out of the ocean and seen first hand what can do to wildlife, . All that crap goes somewhere.. and I am far from a left wing hippie. Imma a gun carrying, Trump supporter lol fireworks are an option …
