but one in particular,Tater Tater Chicken Hater is something else. Mrs. Spud and I went to dinner tonight to celebrate my birthday tomorrow with Mr. and Mrs. Tater Tater Chicken Hater. By the way, the next time you go to Saskatoons, ask for the owner Edmund Woo class of 1980 and tell him Spud,the guy that fired the cannon sent you his way. I told him tonight I would give him some publicity. Anyway, Tater Tater surprised me tonight with this one of a kind gifts that will one day be an heirloom, at least in my opinion. If you don't have a friend like this, I hope you will cultivate one sometime in your lifetime. Tater Tater made this one by hand,from poplar,walnut,and ambrosia maple. Now , I just have to decide where to place it and what to keep in it. Looking forward to your suggestions...

My wife and I just bought spots in a mausoleum for our ashes to go in when the time comes. In the conversation the lady at the cemetery said the mausoleum “niche” is totally sealed so you can put your ashes in pretty much anything that fits in the niche. She even suggested a small wooden box as an alternative to an urn. So I was thinking about making some small boxes like that for us. I don’t have the skills (or probably the tools) that Tater does so they probably won’t look nearly that good. But I did have the same thought when I saw it…
