Brad Brownell: Only Larry freaking Shyatt has a WORSE overall winning percentage among Clemson basketball coaches since 1975. Let that sink in. It's Larry Shyatt & then Brad Brownell.

No more than 65-70 I would think.

Old Forester store, I like all the years and Statesman! 1920 is not one to go 'neat' with, though!

If you've not tried it, Widow Jane is solid. And if you want something really different, Frey Ranch will have you asking 'What just hit my tongue'...unique 'feel'.

And then, there's scotch....of the non-peat variety. I can't handle those 'lick an ashtray' types! :)

I’m not going to lie and say I have went neat with any bourbon. Will take a few swigs out of my flask but I like to mix. Not sure if the taste buds could handle neat. I may get there one of these days.

I prefer a little sparkling water with my bourbon. For me it makes it much more enjoyable without altering the taste

I never neat...always rocks

I only mentioned neat about the 1920 to underscore the proof! Even that one, a splash of water is my preference. The flavor still holds.

My favorite bourbons are in the 90-95 proof range...I like the taste, but don't like 'feeling' my drink!

Salty55, I'm curious why you don't recommend drinking 1920 neat? It is my favorite so far of all whiskeys I have tried. I drink it neat and love it.

I'm a wimp! That's all I've got!

It's fun talking and sipping the various 'spirits' out there. Lots of folks like Four Roses, Knob Creek, etc., but they do nothing for me. My favorites likely do nothing for them!

The whiskey's out west are easy for me to spot...they all have a grassiness to them...takes getting used to, but I generally try a different pour (one) each evening at Happy Hour.
