Step one, place online order at Salsarita's.

Step three, wait in line at Salsarita's for an hour and change waiting on food.
Step four, listen to all the workers complain about the volume of online orders that they keep getting without it ever stopping and then arguing with the DoorDash creepers there to pick up all the high MOFO's food (DoorDash is gross guys, I have seen many of those people)
Step five, modify your order because they ran out of chicken and steak and shrimps.
Step six, get free food for waiting so long and vow to never do Cinco de Mayo at Salsarita's ever again.
Cinco de Mayo is amateur hour. It's like getting all excited about eating potatoes on St. Patrick's Day.

We're headed to the state park on Hartwell with a charcoal grill, chorizo, y mucho cerveza, and fishing poles. Hope to catch some nice crappies under a bridge and make ceviche for a night cap.
