I'll be 70 in August. At last doc visit I clocked in at 108/59, and the nurse said, "You're a teenager, and you could live a long time." I said, ""Aww ... sh*t!"

120/70, so Im doing something right. I got a tetanus shot and blood work done. Passed out. BP dropped to 62/38. Fell face first and busted my lip. Doing something wrong.

I've totally forgotten. I also recall from my sports medicine class that the teacher didn't want guys and gals to be partners because there was so much chest staring.

I have always been a big drinker, but have cut down a lot. I go on some benders here and there and wear myself down, but not daily. I walk to the jetty and back near my house on the beach which is only 3 miles roundtrip. I eat fish oil and eat somewhat healthier. So basically, I barely changed much at all, or at least it wasn't much effort. I was 118/81 last week when I was at the dentist. You will be way different in 30 days if you want I bet.

Do you smoke as well? I am guilty of both, my BP was as high as 190/120 with a consistent heart rate around 100-120. Cut down on drinking, and mostly stopped smoking, and take bp meds and a beta blocker. My BP is normally 125/85 now.
FTR I'm in shape and only 41
