Biggest winner yesterday was Louisville

Nov 13, 2016, 10:59 AM

Louisville is now in top 4 with no real way that I see to fall out.
Playoffs should be very interesting

Not sure they are in..but they did benefit greatly yesterday

Nov 13, 2016, 11:04 AM

I think they will be #4 or #5...but all they need now is the one loss teams to dwindle.

In the end, I think L'Ville will get in if they win out...I just see more 1 loss teams losing.

An irony of irony.

We may be comparing L'Ville and Ohio State...two 1 loss teams that did not make their Championship Game...to see which should get in to playoffs.

Houston fell off the football world. Even SMU beat them. I think UL beats them like a red headed stepchild.

I think they still need some help

Nov 13, 2016, 11:10 AM

Their SOS is so bad that you can't overlook who they have played. I don't care how badly you beat a bad team, it's just not that impressive. What they did to FSU is still mind boggling though. That stomping may be the game that gets them in.

Louisville SOS isn't that bad. Currently at #14 I believe. Of the 1 loss teams, the committee should look at when their loss occurred. Was it at the beginning of the season or in the latter part. A team that finishes strong should get more consideration like they do for the NCAA Tourney seedings. But I do worry about Louisville travelling to Houston on a short week and Houston wanting to make a statement and salvage their season!

If the eventual conference champions win out,

Nov 13, 2016, 11:16 AM

UofL drops like a rock Conference Championship weekend. If the PAC 12 or the B1G wind up with a TWO loss Champion, they're in.

Louisville will lose to Houston this Thursday.

Brad Brownell: more losses than any other coach in school history.
