Big week of recruiting news

Three commits down, another one is close (talked to TE Markus Dixon, and it sounds like he's gonna make his decision any time now). Watching out for Vic Burley and Noble Johnson as well. A 5-star (Chandavian Bradley) is about to arrive on campus, and there are some big-time visitors this weekend for camp.
I was out of the country last week so missed the first few days of camp. Looks like the rest of this week will be as busy as the first part has been.

I believe that I read on here that Clemson adjusted this cycle and allowed visits during the summer instead of focusing on the fall. Did I read correctly and are the commitments this week the fruit of the earlier visits?

Yes, Dabo has adjusted and opened up a weekend of OV’s surrounding the football camps. Smart move to get recruits on campus that otherwise would visit other schools instead of visiting Clemson on their own dime. The key will be holding these verbals thru the fall until signing day. I think many recruits appear to be committing early so they have time to work on the NIL in the background.
