Better skill guys at WR & better QB play fixes our Offense

more than any Offensive Coordinator. DJU is gone so it would have been interesting to see if a full year of Cade as the guy fixes that element. WR play, talent evaluation, and development is still the elephant in the room. That needs to be fixed before anything else. Ridding us of Grisham would be the first step in righting that ship IMO.

It will be a good start, but the playbook and even the plays themselves need to be revamped!
