Absolutely Fiesta Grill over by Walmart. Light chips and great salsa. David Hood recommended this to me and he was spot on!

I have been to Monterrey, El Jimador, Los Vaqueros in Pendleton, Super Taco and more
I basically go to every Mexican place there is. The ones in Utah aren decent
