They will be hesitant to put Cincy up high early so they wont have to explain them getting jumped later on

Why Oklahoma in and Cincy not? The Sooners have not beaten anyone. Even Texas stinks. Cincy beat ND at South Bend, no easy task. Only common opponent was Tulane. Sooners scraped by. Cincy had an easier time of it. Oklahoma better O, Tulane better D.

I realize you are only predicting what the Committee is going to say tonight. Hoping you are wrong. I'd love to see a more deserving team get in, not who people think is better based on past history. And if the Sooners do get in again, they will most certainly get smoked again.

The committee should not look at names or history. They do. They are humans.
In the past this first list was important, but I would say less so this year.
You, I, and even the committee will project what we believe as to the future into it.
