keep in mind that it sounds like he lost a good friend of his in the wreck and I'm certain he would quickly trade his leg to have his friend back.

Some perspective maybe.

Thinking the good Lord above for Watkins not breaking his leg has absolutely nothing to due with the friend losing his life. People should be able to comment on and react the way they want without having someone judging them. Perspective is that fans are relieved that he did not break his leg. I haven't seen one post being unsympathetic to the loss of life...
