Signed the lease, renovated, and moved into a nice new office 2 months before the COVIDs sent everyone home.

I started with the company last June, once the Covids were clear, they want us in the office 3 days a week. Culture is claimed, but real estate costs are the driving factor IMO.

I have also managed to only do at most one day per week in the office. Mostly due to work travel, but also due to not coming in but one day a week.

We closed 95 offices during Covid
