Even the reporting so-called "main stream " news will acknowledge that though this new variant is more easily transmissible it is not nearly as serious. It's a COLD !! Why all this hysteria ? I don't recall cancelling games because of a cold or even flu. What are we coming to ?

It's because the early protocols are still in place. If you test positive, you must sit for 10 days. That's ridiculous nowadays. The NFL recently changed its protocols, but colleges have not done so yet.

Sorry, Bubba - It ain't just a cold. Even if it seems to be a little less virulent, it has the same complications and can still kill you or go long term. Read the medical literature. Players are hurting their teams by not being immunized or not taking precautions.

As we have seen over and over again the "COVID Vaccine" does not provide immunity to COVID nor is it preventing the spread of the disease. Look at Boston College - the whole team was vaccinated and yet COVID has spread among its ranks to the point they are cancelling their bowl game.

At this point we should stop calling it a "COVID Vaccine" and just call it a "COVID shot" because no matter how many times people get jabbed the current "vaccine" is not going to eradicate COVID. Instead the shot is more like a beforehand therapeutic that provides some level of protection against COVID ranging from disease avoidance to reduced severity.

Would you want your Mother or Grandmother to catch this “cold”? It affects people differently obviously due to their age and health. While many have thumped their chests stating it’s no big deal - it probably isn’t for you however, it could be deadly for others. Didn’t we have recent prayer requests for someone’s Mother who was struggling in the hospital with this “cold”? I guess it’s the world we live in today - about ones self and not others.
