Why don’t you and the other progressives on this board move to California or New York or Cuba or China or some other communist or fascist country. You do realize that the polls are not in your favor. The majority of the American public does not like the direction the country is moving in. Even Democrats are not happy. The independents that thought Joe Biden was a moderate are now giving him a huge thumbs down because they see they were lied to and duped And they are going to punish the Democrats in the midterm elections next year. The Democrats know they are going down and going down hard which is why they are in a panic over all of these ######## far left policies and ramming anything and everything they can through Congress while they have a little bit of control.
I have posted videos and books by well respected progressive academic and thought leaders That don’t buy your far left toxic politics. You should go read some of those books or watch some of those videos and educate yourself.
FYI in recent polls nearly 80% of the public is against far left policies.
The vast overwhelming majority of Americans do not want socialism and communism. Fascism and authoritarianism.
But again, if you don’t like it, just ignore me and stop being a whiny little school girl!

but are still within 10 mph of the posted limit, they usually let you go? If you are 10 over the limit, your odds of getting ticketed start going up. And if you really start flaunting it; flashing lights, blowing the horn, driving like you stole the car, etc... you are toast. This poster is driving it like he stole it.

They did excellent at first. Better than everyone. Then they squandered the chance to get vaccines. Thought they could go on forever without them. Then BOOM. Delta.
Should have been first in line with the Brits and Israelis for our vaccines, taken them, and then carry on. They had a great opportunity to beat covid with far less deaths. But they figured they could beat it, lol. No, you hold it off until you get a vaccine, then carry on with minimal precautions.
They are like 15% vaccinated now, and that's up recently. They had a chance to get two shots for everyone in their country, and then some, and passed on the offer, opting to carry on with target shutdowns, tracing, yada yada. Only thing keeping Australia from turning into India right now is their lockdowns, and people are going to get fed up with them. They won't end because delta is too stealthy, and after delta, then there's whatever other greek letter they come up with.
It can get really nasty there really fast. Probably the reason for the Army now. Eventually they pop. Islands offer an advantage because you can control access. Not many people swimming into Australia. They squandered that advantage. Same with Taiwan. Island. Controlled it very well. Thought they didn't need vaccines. Delta blew them up and now they're screwed.
They will need soldiers, either to enforce the lockdown forever, or bury bodies, or both, either way.

Low I believe you have a right to your views, just as liberals do. But you don't have a right to your own facts. Had you looked up Berenson you would have found that there is no evidence that he was ever a Democrat or a liberal. Far from it. He is mostly known for stirring controversy to sell books. He wrote some good spy novels but he's know for his crackpot ideas. According to his wiki "He authored the controversial 2019 book Tell Your Children: The Truth About Marijuana, Mental Illness and Violence that has been denounced as alarmist and inaccurate by many in the scientific and medical communities because of his claims that cannabis causes psychosis and violence".
In 2020 he started a series on about Covid-19 and has been a primary source for some of the most outlandish claims about Covid "not being that serious" He argues that it's effectively a hoax the govt. is using in order to control Americans. Unfortunately for America, he completely ignores the millions of deaths, hospitalizations and financial collapses around the rest of the world.
Now he argues that the vaccines are ineffective, last only a few weeks and it's all just an effort to take away American Freedoms. Even Fox News backed away from him: "In May 2020, Fox News announced that Berenson would host a tv-show called "COVID Contrarian" on its online streaming platform Fox Nation. However, by July 2020, amid surges in coronavirus cases across parts of the United States, Fox News appeared to have backtracked and removed the announcement of his show from its website".
So no, he's not a liberal, a democrat or rational. He, like many others, are playing on the fears and ignorance of some Americans merely to make money. He is one of the country's foulest and most dangerous propagandists. He has no conscience, he does it for money.
Always remember, this phoney attempt by libs to 'take away our freedom' doesn't seem to relieve Europe, Asia, Africa, India, Brazil and other countries who've suffered millions of deaths, Billions in financial losses and are desperate to vaccinate their people. It seems that if this conspiracy were actually true, then the rest of the world would not have suffered at all.
The fantasy only exists in the minds of those who embrace it. That is your right, have at it.
