I know it's probably hard to fathom, but we need to be careful and stay ahead of the game.
Let's not get too comfortable and complacent that we let everyone else pass us by.
And yes, that might even include the chickens catching up in football, if we're not careful.
In my lifetime, I thought it was impossible to see the chickens beat us 5 times in a row. It did.
For those of you making fun of their women's basketball national title, let's just remember a few years ago when we were making fun of their "equestrian national title" before they won back-to-back baseball national titles.
For many people, the uconn women's dynasty was not supposed to end this year; it did.
So for those who don't particularly respect their recent success, I just hope we, especially our school administration and AD, at least recognize that we need to be careful not to get too comfortable and complacent and to stay ahead of the game before it passes us by.
Laugh at the chickens, if you will, for I find them to be funny looking. LOL
Let's make sure we're always ahead of them.

I agree. Football is at an all time high here at Clemson but I hope we never lose the hunger and desire to win a natty every year. Baseball is going great but we slipped a few years ago. Do everything to stay ahead of the curve. Basketball is the weak sports program at Clemson. Brad is comfortable when he shouldn't be. The success by the chickens should kick our administration into taking basketball seriously as a championship level
sport. The women's team made strides this season while the men took steps backward. There is no reason that we can't be in the final
Four too.

They still have some catching up to do in soccer and golf.

Also, I think our women's crew team won a national title and that at least off-sets their equestrian and or bass fishing. In fact, our dominance in Concrete Canoe is better than bass fishing.
They can have the women's hoops thing if they need it.
