Bama vs.Auburn rivalry

Most over-hyped rivalry in the land.Haven't seen the first Auburn fan come on here or any other Clemson site hoping the tigers rolls them.Go to a gamecock site/social media and see if you will see them pulling for us,not a chance.I personally know huge Bama supporters that will pull for their"hated rival" 8,9 times out of the year i guess to to conference pride or something,don't sound to heated to me.Remember the bama qb that tweeted War Eagle the night of the Auburn natty vs FSU? Now can you imagine Charlie Whitehurst or Woody Dantzler chanting Go ##### on the biggest night of the year. How about Todd Ellis chanting Go Tigers?..not happening

Having lived in Alabama, I have found that to be the case
But to question the rivalry is absurd, IMO

Sure the coots are idiotic, but that is what makes a rivalry good sometimes. Me and a Bama fan actually got into during the Auburn vs FSU title game, he texted me over and over and told me how Auburn gave the game away,made mistakes, etc. Ain't you suppose to be happy when your rival loses? This guy was animated!

It really was a great game. 13 seconds oh hell at least we didn't kill their horse. Looking forward to seeing some great Clemson fans in Aug. Love that Dabo just go beat the cold hell out of them!!

the most heated rival for us old timers is the 10rc game. The barn is just our little sisters.
And no, the greater part of the Bama fanbase WAS NOT rooting for the Barn against FSU.

Glad to know their are some true Bama fans out there, but i've seen over and over. For some of the Bama fans that are reading this,Clemson vs South Carolina is a 365 day rivalry.How about 9,000 fans
on a wednesday night in March to see a baseball game,used to happens almost every time, i know because i've been on the sidewalks trying to scalp tickets to get in at Columbia and Clemson.Same thing with basketball in the past,sellouts when the teams were good.. Just don't understand the national so-call perspective of our rivalry,wished they could live around it for a day or 2

Having lived in Alabama for 10+ years, it has been the Auburn fans that have been the most classy, for the most part. Bama fans (for the most part) were the more redneck...
That observation has remained true for those I've met in the Atlanta area.

Agreed, I have some good Auburn friends, hunting buddies etc. they remind me a lot of Clemson in many ways.
