I also think he's overrated, and I'm usually not a person to say that very often about other players. Don't get me wrong, I think he's very talented, but nobody in that conference plays any defense, and Oklahoma is vastly more talented than every other team in that conference. Just imagine the stats Watson would have put up last season if his defense was giving up 25 points per game and we often had to win by scoring 50+ and having him play the entire game.
Again, I think Mayfield is very good, but I just think a lot of other quarterbacks could be put in his place and also put up massive numbers. Heck, Mayfield finished 2nd in the country in passing yards behind the Oklahoma State QB. I think Mayfield is 3-3 against OOC power 5 schools(well 3-2, but they also lost to Houston who isn't in the power 5.)
