Parler is another rabidly conservative version of Twitter...along with Gettr, Rumble, and Gab.
Kanya West bought Parler a couple weeks ago. It's probably a dead platform, since its site traffic was down to about 40K-or-so daily users.
For all that conservatives like to scream about being "censored", they have a ton of platforms...it's just, nobody uses them because it turns out unmoderated platforms attract crazy people that say crazy sh!t and it's all dark and scary up in those places. I mean, who really wants to hang with neo-Nazis?

Parker's traffic is low compared to it's heyday because Amazon withheld their Web hosting service from them after Apple and Google removed it from their App Stores. Then of course GAB, Rumble, Gettr, etc. absorbed their followers. Parler started over but hasn't regained their place. Once again you Bolsheviks tell half the story and obscure the rest.

I don't disagree with his politics, or stance on most issues. It is purely personal, visceral reaction I have to that personality type. We all know those types of people. They're useful in situations, but are absolutely unfit for other situations. I stood less than 20 feet from Trump at a Trump rally. He gave some speech. POLITICALLY, it was fine. It wasn't the politics in the speech that turned me TOTALLY off to him. It was the people around me. Specifically, the groupies who surrounded us who literally travel the country, bragging about this was their 65th Trump rally in a row, or whatever. It was frightening, for this history major anyway.
I don't watch CNN, or Fox, or Trump, or any talking heads really, for much the same reasons. Politics is meaningless without quality leadership. Older I get, the more wary I am of people telling me everything I WANT to hear. That's marketing, not leadership. And it's bipartisan, because we have bipartisan poor leadership. The majority of Germans once agreed with Hitler, politically, mainly because they had poor leadership. It's the history major in me, the history books I've read, the thousands of people I've met over the years. You can just tell. Politics is a luxury well-led nations get to enjoy. Politics is a curse that poorly led nations suffer from.
