wonder what we need to do to get a RB? We have three studs now but that is a position injuries can be exposed and put you in a bad position.

I can understand a good RB not wanting to come to Clemson with Pace as a junior and Shipley and Mafah as sophomores. He goes to Auburn and he's in the rotation asap. Here, he is red-shirting unless major injuries happen.

Next year CJ will sign a stud. Especially with the OL recruiting we have done for 21, 22 & 23.

Auburn isn't exactly devoid of RB talent

They have Tank Bigsby, Jarquez Hunter, and a 4* back they signed last year.

Hard to get running backs in the time of the portal. Even if we got a 5 star, unless he was cj or Travis he would transfer out after a year. Probably wouldn’t make it a whole year. Kids want to play and play now.
