At least the gun was loaded.

Nov 3, 2021, 2:19 PM

Why would anyone drive around with an unloaded pistol?

Him hauling a$$ through the city while intoxicated...

as evidenced by his blood alcohol level that was twice the legal limit, was more dangerous than the loaded gun.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Nevada has a zero-tolerance policy on DUI's that cause deaths.

He'll probably see 10 years in jail, minimum. The fact that the Raiders already released him says it all....

Complete ignorance to be driving that fast (156 MPH) under any circumstances. Imo Nevada law for DUI Resulting in Death should be more strict than 2-20 years or at least I heard that's what it is.

More than twice the legal BAC at 156 MPH, incredibly stupid. The lady and her dog didn’t have a chance.

She was 23 years old. She was still alive when people arrived at the scene. She was trapped in the car and could not be freed. Then the car caught on fire. Horrific. There is internet video on all of this and it is sickening.

When you see crashes on NASCAR race tracks at 180 mph they are all going in the same direction. I can't imagine the devastation of a vehicle hitting another one at that speed where the other cars is going 100 mph less or traveling toward the speeding car.
