As frustrating as this loss was, we still make the playoffs.

Nov 8, 2020, 12:07 AM

This was a perfect scenario for us to lose a game, on the road against a top 5 team without our Heisman QB. Losing a double OT game in this situation doesn’t hurt us one bit, provided we win out.

I expect we will play Notre Dame again in the ACCCG, and beating them there would be the ultimate revenge and easily get us into the playoffs. Even if they aren’t our opponent, a one loss Clemson with an ACC Championship is in great shape this year.

No worries whatsoever there.

I’m more concerned about our offensive line and our defense, as well as our coaches’ stubbornness to run the ball so much.

With our recent efforts. Unless things change. We can make it but we definately wont win it. So....

Biggest change needed is our best players

on defense back healthy. That solves several issues

We are really depleted right now.

I expect us to be in a much better place personnel-wise for the stretch run.

100% agree

1 or 2 seed if we win out

Committee will definitely take in to consideration how many star players weren't on the field

Agreed. We knew this was a Mulligan game if we can win out.

I would rather not. I want to win out but this team would get worked by Ohio st or Bama this year. Maybe go to a big bowl game and play BYU

Your confidence is inspiring but these last 3 games are not even close to playoff

Nov 8, 2020, 12:34 AM

football. Tonight was loss on coaches. Team has every chance to finish game and coaches go stupid as they’ve shown at other points this year including last week. All this talent and you hold it down, very disappointing. Coaching needs to improve drastically, and playoffs are long shot now.

Depending on other ACC teams to decide your fate is never good. Again, coaches ??
