Clemson BB. We are a football school just like Alabama and Auburn and Tennessee so none of us have any chance in BB, except mediocrity in the sport. It’s the opposite at Kentucky and UNC. They are BB schools and will never win more than 8 games in football.
Da Judge inspires me to love mediocre in BB so I celebrate these glory years. Since we have no hope of having competitive teams, we should never spend more on BB so our FB program doesn’t feel bad.
You know during the Tommy West years in FB and even some Bowden years I wondered why seats were open in the Stadium during games. It’s almost like what Da Judge is saying about BB but that doesn’t make sense as we are FB school.
Fans and recruits know we are a FB school so something besides our poor play must have been the reason for open seats and poor attendance.
Then we all know that Clemson fixed the poor performance in FB by getting the most famous and highest paid coach in FB. Dabo was paid the max right from the start so you can’t change coaches unless you get the most expensive one. Da Judge knows his stuff when it comes to how life has to be.
Let be happy for these glory years in BB because there is no way we can be competing just like Alabama and Auburn and Tennessee.
