Yes SC is a great and gorgeous state filled with gray and wonderful people.
But maybe it would behoove you to live amongst some people to try and understand where they come from. You’ve never subjected yourself to discomfort or being the minority. Never tried to understand what it’s like not to be full of privilege and society bent to you.
It would be a good lesson. Would provide some empathy.
Y’all wonder why I take you on it’s because I understand you. I understand your fear. I understand your misunderstanding of others. I understand your inability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes.
You however don’t understand me and lack the ability to do so. And it’s cool. I don’t expect you too. So my challenge to you is live somewhere else for a bit that is outside your comfort zone. You’ll be amazed at what you’ll see and learn

And yes I don’t know either of you or your exact experiences….but I guarantee you I understand you a helluva lot better than you understand me and what I’ve seen and done. What I’ve seen in this world and how those experiences can make our community stronger.
I’ll let you know this … the world isn’t out to get you. Not even in the least. You live the pinnacle of privilege and instead of wanting to help others up you focus on keeping them down. Protecting yourself and your way of life. It’s a real shame.

For someone who’s “helped” a lot of people in “need” you sure lack any kind of empathy for them.
Spending some money and a day or two of volunteering doesn’t takes away all your responsibilities to this world. Then you and your buddies who do the same thing all pat yourselves on the back telling each other how good you are.
If you’re so willing to help, why not volunteer to help poor people vote on Election Day. Plenty of opportunities to do so. Helps preserve America and it’s ideals and you can help people ensure they have the right ID cards and everything in order. Maybe you can get an opportunity to see what their challenges are. Worst case scenario you can tell all your buddies how you tried to help and all dems do is try and keep them down. What’s to lose??
I know you aren’t willing or able to really get stuck into the community but at least give yourself some insight to speak into rather than projecting.

I know people on their 2nd and 3rd bouts of Covid on the “natural immunity “ track … and unfortunately it gets a bit worse for them each time.
And unvaccinated people in the icu and dying are roughly 90%+ of the stats now.

He lied on his visa documents. Lying in your visa documents is a non starter. You can’t do that for any reason.
If he hadn’t lied they probably would have let him come but his deception is the primary reason he was denied. Not his vaccination status.
