Other than the one Woman asking for $30k who is supposedly once of the Jane Does?

What if they are only seeking a sincere apology? The lawsuits state they are seeking damages but I believe that $ amount is up to the judge?

Sounds like sincere apologies will be necessary regardless ...

yes, but it does not mean he is innocent. Both can be true. He should consider himself lucky nobody is pursuing criminal charges, 18 counts of sexual misconduct would have him on bond right now.

In this case, requesting a trial is a negotiating tactic to put pressure on the high-profile defendant.

If the plaintiff is successful in their civil action, such that the court rules that the defendant has been damaged, either physically, mentally, economically, or emotionally, the defendant is than required by law to make restitutions to the plaintiff, usually in the form of monetary compensation.
