Browns to a Super Bowl and winning it is about as big as challenges get. Although this is technically not the same franchise that got ruined by John Elway and "The Drive" in the AFC Championship Game years ago, that is the history they embrace. A history so tragic, "The Drive" has its own play by play page on Wikipedia.
If Watson is able to pull off a Super Bowl miracle for them at any point in this five year contract, Cleveland will forget all about that Labrum James fellow who is mentally ill and thinks he is some kind of goat.

He's got a lot of help. Chubb at RB, Cooper and possibly Landry at WR, a solid OL. It won't be as much of a challenge as some might think.

Cleveland has been stacked for the last couple of years, I think they lose some of their Dline interior and they lack a true #1 wide out but he couldn't have hoped for a much better situation.

Cleveland could be a cakewalk for DW4 considering what he did in Houston with less talent around him. His drive to succeed will influence his teammates.
