I wanted Rich Rod to stay when he left to coach WVU.

I even wished at the time that he would replace TB. He was pretty innovative with the hurry up and the zone blocking. He also liked to stretch the field, which was something new in Clemson history.

yup, I too was hoping to see tommy west take us to new and thrilling defeats like 41-0 drubbing to Syracuse followed up by the 37-0 smackdown against the hokies.

Without a doubt Rick Barnes...he had the guts to challenge the ACC traditional powers and be pretty darn competitive. Did not like the way he left, from the Anderson airport without even a goodbye to his players. And then there was Charley Pell "See ya later, I am a Gator". At the time that was painful but turned out to be a blessing.
