put in for Natty tix but didn't request Fiesta Bowl. It's not an issue just want to see if that's what it is or if it was a mistake. Thanks!

CU ticket office said if you were charged $15 for a National Championship Application that it was a mistake and you can either request a refund now or wait to see how things play out. If CU does make it to Tampa, the $15 fee will apply.
