We let a country get decimated, with hundreds and thousands of civilians getting killed, for no good reason other than some authoritarian dictator's aspirations and power grab, because the alternative is to seriously risk starting World War III which would involve the deaths of thousands, and likely millions, more?

It doesn't help that we have such weak leadership right now in this country (I'm talking both parties).

Who'd've thought that one of the strongest leaders in the world right now would be a former actor/comedian, who only stands 5'6", in a little country called Ukraine?
