Any pilots out there? Why would a small plane keep circling

in a small area going up and down, round and round, day after day? Is he teaching? Working on the plane?
This is Day 3 of this loud a$$ plane ruining an otherwise peaceful attempt to work in the yard.
I looked it up on FlightRadar and he isn't there! But it's a yellow plane circling over Pickens/Dacusville/Pumpkintown.

Reckon this might be him? Says it's a Piper Cherokee out of Greenville downtown. No other info I can find.

A . Practicing “Turns AROUND a point” - Private Pilot Maneuver, should be done away from populated areas
B. Practicing “Turns ON a point” - same deal as above ^^^^
C. Some jackleg idiot playing around and showing off for someone on the ground - the most likely scenario.
