Let's hope he's given some latitude in re-structuring the offensive staff... otherwise, why hire him?

He didn't hire coaches at TCU

he won't here. He will when he's an HC one day. What Riley's hire I think does communicate is that the offensive philosophy effected all aspects. I think he'll want to see how the others perform with those issues addressed

When he gets to Clemson, he will see an offense staff that has no experience outside Clemson and two who are struggling in recruiting. He might want some changes, who knows?
