Future Schedule When Clemson Joins SEC

I think the SEC will eventually expand to 18 by adding Clemson and FSU or Miami to the East. The SEC will go from 8 to 10 conference games.
Potential future schedule:
Furman
Oklahoma
at Tenn
Kentucky
at Texas A&M
Vandy
at Missouri
Florida
at UGA
Miami/FSU
Georgia State
at SC

It is ok- because we will be in the big bad SEC and if we should have a loss to one of those teams- in reality it is a win. just saying.

It would look something like this:

#2-OCRYO
#3-Georgia
#$-A&M
#5-Oklahoma
#6-Utah
#7-Michigan
#8-Notre Dame
#9-Iowa
#10-Boise State
#11-Central Michigan
#12- Cincinnati
#13-Coastal Carolina
Just line them up and play them- no certain order- Should be a Fantastic SOS- there should be no doubt about making the playoff- even with a loss or two- Not sure who we would play for the playoff or the NCG- but we could claim to be the greatest team ever. played all conferences- defeated several SEC teams- how could you go wrong!

Clemson was a founding member of the SEC. We left the conference just like usUk left the ACC. We were in and we threw it all away. Doubt we will ever be invited back into the SEC. usUk would blackball us.

just asking- but was not clemson in the Southern conference in 1920ish and the SEC actually formed in 1933-- just for my own curiosity---so the Southern Conference was actually the SEC- that is interesting

Get back to me when 1 of 2 things happen;
1) The SEC asks Clemson to join.
2) South Carolina is one of a handful of schools who will vote no denying Clemson the chance.

Then why didn't he ask Clemson to join instead of Texas? Oklahoma I could see, but what does Texas really offer? Oklahoma would go in the West, leaving those natural rivals while Clemson goes to the East, keeping the year end rival + renewing UGA every year.
Makes more sense than splitting the West by adding Texas.

close to a 1/2 billion $. I don't understand what people don't get about that. The earliest we could consider an exit is the first half of the next decade and even then it would be done with several years in advance like UT and OU have done. The reason OU and UT could move is because their media contracts were up the middle of this decade, we are tied to the middle of the next decade.

We were never in the SEC.
"The 13 members west and south of the Appalachian Mountains reorganized as the Southeastern Conference at the annual SC meeting of Dec. 8-9, 1932, in Knoxville. The 10 coast members remained in the Southern Conference. Dr. Frank L. McVey of Kentucky was elected president of the new conference whose charter members were: Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisiana State, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Sewanee, Tennessee, Tulane and Vanderbilt."

2.) South Carolina nor any other current SEC member will have a say in the matter. You think Texas A&M wants Texas and Oklahoma in the SEC?

The SEC needs to understand that Clemson is not interested in a serious relationship, and move on with their lives.
